INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounces fresh oyster mushrooms (rinsed)
- 1 table spoon garlic (minced)
- 3 table spoons oil
- 1 teaspoon Szechwan pepper (Timur pepper)
- 1 teaspoon butter
METHOD
- Slice mushrooms into pieces. Sauté garlic in oil for 15 seconds. Add mushrooms and sauté 3 minutes.
- Add Timur pepper , butter and stir fry until butter is melted and the mushrooms are tender and turns lights brown
